Terms and Conditions
REBOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. For guaranteed reservation
* Rebooking made 14 days prior to arrival will be charged equivalent to one (1) night stay.
* Rebooking made 15 days prior to arrival will be free of charge.
* Booking revisions must be arranged through our Reservation Department.
* Booking extension or rebooking is subject to room availability.
* Rebooking is only valid for 3 months and subject to additional charges based on the current season rate. The higher rate will still apply for rebooking falls on the peak of the peak or peak and rebooked to peak or lean season.
2. For any events beyond the reasonable control not limited to “Acts of God”, including, earthquake, typhoon, and the likes of, will not be charged for any rebooking.
3. No show is subject to a charge of the total hotel room billing.
4. All payments made are non-refundable.
STANDARD CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 3:00 PM; Check – out time is 12:00NN
Rates are based on Single or Double/Twin Occupancy. The additional number of guests will be accommodated subject to availability and applicable charges, amounting to Php 1,850 per person, inclusive of Breakfast.
Maximum of 4 Persons per room, regardless of age.
Incidentals Deposit of Php 2,000 per room to be collected by the Front Desk upon check-in.
No refund for in-house guests in case of shortened stay & room downgrade.
The hotel strictly observes a “No Pets” policy.
Bringing in of food and beverage into the premises is strictly prohibited and shall impose an applicable “Corkage Fee”.
Should there be Senior Citizen in the group, please provide a clear copy of senior I.D upon booking to avail the senior discount. Rates will be based on published rates and/or peak rates only. Please note that a discount is applicable on the part of senior citizen only and not per room basis. We will only acknowledge a Senior discount and VAT exemption prior payment was made. Once the booking has been settled, the discount will no longer be applied.
