ROOM ACCOMMODATION
TERMS AND CONDITION
1. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 NN: Late check-out and early check-in are subject to room availability and additional charges.
2. Extra person charge of P1,850.00/pax inclusive of breakfast.
3. Extra person charge of P3,000.00/pax inclusive of breakfast.
4. Children below 7 years of age sharing a room with at least 2 adults are free of charge. (Max of 2 free-of-charge children per room)
5. AUREO LA UNION is a NON-SMOKING facility, any trace of smoking inside the room will be charged P2,500.00
6. Bed configuration requests are subject to availability.
REBOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. All rebooking and cancellation requests are subject to availability and approval of AUREO La Union Management.
2. Cancellation or Rebooking request must be received seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty charges.
3. For reservations which are cancelled after the period stated above, the Resort shall retain fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the booking or an amount equivalent to one (1) night stay, whichever is higher as penalty for late cancellation.
4. No show charges are equivalent to the total room charges for the entire period booked.
5. No refund/ cancellation for in-house guests in case of a shortened stay and last-minute changes.
BILL ARRANGEMENT:
Full payment must be settled 3 weeks before the date of arrival.
All incidentals made on top of contract cost must be settled thru cash before the guest checks out
